YachtWorld.com, the online site for boat broker worldwide that is part of Dominion Marine Media, announces on October 16, 2013 the launch of the newly updated and redesigned website for Galati Yacht Sales. The new website is built with YachtWorld’s proprietary content management system and their inventory management tool known as BoatWizard.

The new galatiyachts.com website is designed to manage and showcase the new and used boat inventory for the nine locations owned by Galati Yacht Sales. Boat buyers can view new website sections for new yacht models, brokerage yachts for sale, and deals and specials. Seamless inventory integration through YachtWorld’s BoatWizard tool allows Galati to manage its inventory in a central location.

“We initially picked YachtWorld as our website partner because of the ease of managing content and automatic inventory integration from BoatWizard, but we ended up being most pleased with the stunning design their team created,” said Darren Plymale, vice president of Galati Yacht Sales. “Since the launch of the site, we have seen a dramatic increase in not only web traffic, but also generated leads and sales,” Plymale said.

In addition to the boat sales inventory functionality, the new Galati Yacht Sales website also provides more customer and boater resources. The Customer Tools tab features finance and insurance information to help boat buyers with the purchasing process, as well as boating articles and a company blog to keep customers updated. The website includes YachtWorld’s proprietary content management system so that Galati Yacht Sales can update the over 1,500 pages of website content quickly and easily.

Marine Marketing Best Practices

A solid website design and strategy is essential for marine businesses and boat dealers. Galati Yacht Sales has invested in a website redesign that allows them to keep up with the demand for more online information boat buyers are requiring throughout their boat buying experience. The use of a content management system to be able to update inventory and website content is critical to ensure you are showcasing your most current boat sales inventory and fresh content to visitors.
