Lighthouse Media Solutions announces in a June 14, 2013 release that they will be launching a new TV show focused on destinations in the New England boating market. Key sponsors of the new television series include GMC Trucks and Boston Whaler, along with their network of area dealers.
The local TV series will explore boating destinations throughout the New England area, featuring the region’s ports, bays, harbors and lakes. Episodes will offer viewers useful boating information and an overview of interesting things to do in the New England area.
Featured destinations for 2013 include: Mattapoisett, Massachusetts; Camden, Maine; Essex, Connecticut; Wickford, Rhode Island; Lake Champlain, Vermont; and Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.
In addition to producing the New England Boating TV show, Lighthouse Media Solutions is the publisher of the popular boating magazine and website New England Boating.
Marine Marketing Opportunities
For the New England recreational boating market the TV show is an opportunity to showcase the boating lifestyle specific to the region. It will highlight the unique aspects of New England boating giving marinas and area marine businesses unprecedented free media exposure. Because each episode features local experts, there will be many opportunities to showcase the many boating resources in the area – like the best places to fish, get fuel, dock a boat, get supplies and more.
The show will air on Monday evenings at 7:00 pm on the New England Sports Network (NESN), with the first episode debuting on July 1, 2013.
